We now offer Online Ordering! Place your order via our custom PayPal ordering system below! You do not need a PayPal account to order but will still be processed through the PayPal checkout system. This keeps your information confidential and allows PayPal to send you an invoice verifying all of the information you entered. Please use the Paypal Checkout at the top for Picked-Up Cakes. This means you will be picking up the cake at either our Hartsville or Florence location and will NOT add shipping to your total. Please use the PayPal Checkout at the bottom for Shipped Cakes. This PayPal Checkout is for PICKED-UP CAKES ONLY! If you are ordering a cake to pickup at our Hartsville or Florence location, please use this checkout! Here are the instructions for ordering picked-up cakes:
-Add the Cakes you want by selecting the correct cake from the dropdown menu and clicking the Add to Cart Button. You can change the quantity at the next screen if you so choose.
-At the next screen you can either choose to use your PayPal account if you already have one or want to create one or you can checkout without a PayPal account. Either way will work, just a personal preference of yours. Select the option that applies to you and PayPal will guide you through the rest of the checkout process.
-Make sure you enter the following information in the box that requests it at checkout:
-Pick-Up Location (Hartsville or Florence)
-Pick-Up Date
-Pick-Up Time
All of your other contact information will be sent to us in the order notification from PayPal but this extra information is essential so we will have your cake ready for you at the right time at the right location.
-You should recieve an invoice from PayPal at the e-mail address you provide them. If you do not, make sure you contact us to verify that your order went through. If you don't recieve an invoice, it probably didn't go through. Don't hesitate to contact us at (843) 339-9003 if you question your order at all because we cannot be responsible if we never recieve the order.
Remember, you must give us 24 hours notice when ordering a cake so we can have it ready for you! If you order a cake online less than 24 hours from when you want to pick it up, we will have to cancel your order. We hope this new system will make it easy for you to place, pay for, and pick up your orders easily. Hopefully in the future we can expand this service if it works out well. This PayPal Checkout is for SHIPPED CAKES ONLY! Here are the instructions for ordering shipped cakes:
-Add the Cakes you want by selecting the correct cake from the dropdown menu and clicking the Add to Cart Button. You can change the quantity at the next screen if you so choose.
-The Shipping charge of $25 and tax rate of 10% will be added automatically at checkout and you will see it listed in the invoice.
-At the next screen you can either choose to use your PayPal account if you already have one or want to create one or you can checkout without a PayPal account. Either way will work, just a personal preference of yours. Select the option that applies to you and PayPal will guide you through the rest of the checkout process.
-Make sure that you enter YOUR information in the BILLING information section and the RECIPIENT'S information in the SHIPPING information! If you are shipping the cake(s) to someone else it is very important that you do this to ensure that we ship the cake to the Recipient and not to you. If you are shipping it to yourself then just put your info in the shipping information as well.
-You should recieve an invoice from PayPal at the e-mail address you provide them. If you do not, make sure you contact us to verify that your order went through. Remember, we can ship anywhere in the U.S. for one low flat-rate and we ship via USPS Prioirty Mail so you can get it fast! Please place your order at least 5 business days before you want it to arrive at its location! USPS Priority Mail is guarenteed within 2-4 days and we need 1 day to prepare the cake for shipment! DO NOT ORDER A CAKE TO BE SHIPPED LESS THAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AWAY! Your order will be cancelled if you do not adhere to this requirement! No exceptions! For international shipping quotes please contact us by phone at (843) 339-9003. International shipments may require extra time beyond our normal 5 business day requirement.
